Madison G. Shiner

In her junior year at Commonwealth University, Madison is passionate about writing and history. Madison has attended the Council of Liberal Arts Colleges conference, won writing awards through the American Paint Horse Assoc., and has been published in Wells College's The Sycamore. After graduation, she plans to continue her passion with balancing writing and history.

Madison began her riding career at the age of five. From there, she has won various awards through Pennsylvania 4-H, American Paint Horse Assoc., and the Intercollegiate Horse Show Assoc. She currently is the president of the Bloomsburg University Equestrian Team.

For seven years, Madison owned and operated Mad Hatter Rabbitry, an international business that specialized in breeding and selling Harlequin, New Zealand, and Netherland Dwarf rabbits. Over the years, Madison and Mad Hatter Rabbitry have won various awards and recognitions.
